Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without compensation. It is your responsibility to check and note the expiry date of any bonus credited to your account.
All bets placed on the 999bee platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game or betting market before placing a wager. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game round, the result recorded by the 999bee server logs shall be considered definitive.
All sports betting markets on 999bee — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, and all other live and pre-match markets — are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and competition in question. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB), 999bee reserves the right to void affected betting markets and return stakes to players' accounts.
